Plastic extruded tubes are continuous hollow profiles produced by forcing molten thermoplastic through a shaped die. Unlike injection molding or machining, extrusion delivers seamless, uniform tubing in unlimited lengths — making it the most cost-effective process for producing round tubes at scale.
At LEZPC, we don't sell from a fixed catalog. We manufacture to your drawing. Whether you need a 2mm OD capillary tube in flexible TPU, a 200mm OD heavy-wall PVC pipe, or a transparent PMMA tube with optical clarity — every order begins with your specification, not ours.
Our in-house tooling department designs and machines custom dies for each project, enabling tight tolerances, consistent wall thickness, and repeatable production across multi-year supply agreements. Material selection guidance is provided free of charge — we help you match the right polymer to your application's temperature, chemical, optical, and mechanical requirements.
