Thermal POS paper rolls are the consumable lifeblood of every retail checkout lane, restaurant counter, and payment terminal. Thermal printing now accounts for over 95% of all receipt output worldwide, with the global retail POS network processing an estimated 300 billion receipts annually[reference:0].
LEZPC manufactures premium thermal paper rolls for POS terminals, cash registers, and receipt printers — in the two dominant widths used across North America, Europe, and global markets: 57mm (2¼") and 80mm (3⅛"). Every roll is produced from FSC-certified base paper and coated with a BPA-free, phenol-free thermal formulation that complies with EU Regulation 2016/2235, which banned BPA in thermal paper from January 2020[reference:1].
Our thermal coating is engineered for consistent optical density across the full roll — avoiding the common problem of dark print at the start fading toward the end, which is a frequent complaint in high-volume retail environments[reference:2]. Rolls are compatible with all major POS printer brands including Epson, Star Micronics, Verifone, Clover, Ingenico, and Square. OEM printing (logos, barcodes, custom branding) available from 50,000 rolls.
