Designing and extruding large-diameter optical acrylic tubes for museum-grade and exhibition installations presents demanding technical challenges:

• 360-Degree Crystal-Clear Optical Visibility: To ensure unobstructed viewing of intricate exhibits from any angle, the acrylic cylinders were manufactured using high-purity optical PMMA resin, achieving over 92.5% light transmittance with zero optical distortion, cloudiness, or internal bubbles.
• Seamless Light-Guiding with Integrated LED Lighting: The acrylic tubes feature diamond-polished ends and mirror-finished inner/outer walls ($\text{Ra} \le 0.2\,\mu\text{m}$). The upward and downward LED illumination transmits smoothly along the cylinder walls, highlighting the microscopic bubble-texture aesthetic and laser-etched Cyrillic technical descriptions.
• Tight Tolerances for Flange & Cap Assembly: Outer diameter and wall thickness consistency were held strictly within DIN 16941 Class 2A precision standards, ensuring airtight, vibration-free integration with the brushed aluminum top caps and bottom pedestal mounts.
